FMK Credit Management

It is your responsibility to find out the latest information concerning your credit. We make the job easy for you by conducting Credit Survivor workshops at locations throughout the United States. A consumer should not accept an outright denial of credit without finding out why. Through our Credit Survivor workshops we educate the consumer concerning their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and how they can apply this act to enhance their credit scores. This act was enacted by Congress on October 26, 1970. On September 30, 1996 it was amended to include other provisions, which became effective on September 30, 1997, and have since that date remained in full force and effect. In our Credit Survivor workshop we explain the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Collection Act and the Fair Credit reporting Act. These acts were enacted to protect the consumer.

Check out some of the topics that are addressed in our seminars. All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion in Credit Management. We charge a non-fundable fee of $25.00 per person. Your registration fee is transferable to another party if we are notified within 48 hours before the day of the seminar.
